Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What does Destination Edit do?

Destination Edit is a design-led experience studio shaping destination events across Europe and beyond. We work beyond logistics, focusing on atmosphere, pacing, and emotional design. Every project begins with intention and is built from the inside out.

What kinds of events do you work on?

We design private celebrations, weddings, brand and corporate experiences, and curated gatherings. Each project is approached as a singular experience rather than a category, with no templates or repetition.

What makes your approach different?

Most events are designed from the outside in, with the venue and details decided before anyone considers how the experience should feel. We reverse that process. The feeling comes first, and everything else follows.

What is "Experience architecture"?

Experience architecture is how an event moves. It includes the flow of the evening, the rhythm of moments, transitions between spaces, and the emotional arc guests experience without consciously naming it. It is the invisible structure behind a calm, considered event.

Do you handle planning, production, and partners?

Yes. We oversee the full process, from creative direction and experience design through production, orchestration, and on-site execution. We also collaborate with a trusted network of partners selected specifically for each project, place, and desired atmosphere.

How do we begin?

With a conversation. We take on a limited number of projects each year and welcome inquiries where there is alignment. Scope, timing, and pricing are discussed after an initial exchange.

Where can we learn more about your thinking?

Through THE EDIT, our ongoing series of letters and reflections on emotional design, intuition, and experience. Selected pieces are shared on Instagram and via our newsletter.
